I recently completed the JHU Applied Generative AI program through Great Learning, and overall it was a very valuable experience. The 16-week format allowed for a true deep dive into generative AI concepts without feeling rushed, which was important for building both understanding and confidence.

I am about to complete the Certificate Program in Applied Generative AI with John's Hopkins University through Great Learning. The entire experience has been wonderful - the Great Learning staff is very responsive to inquiries, always willing to help if you are stuck on part of a project or need assistance with something in the course, and the mentored learning sessions are a great reinforcement of the course concepts. We are being pushed in my career field (Government Contracting) to start utilizing Artificial Intelligence in our daily jobs to improve efficiency, and this course helped me build the confidence and skills needed to explore using AI in my daily workday successfully. I had never used Python prior to this course, but the pre-work was very manageable and helped me build a solid foundation to be successful in the course. The course videos are short (typically 5-20 minutes) and each one has a Test Your Understanding short quiz (ungraded) and a practice quiz (ungraded) to give ample opportunity to understand the concepts before completing the graded quiz each week. Highly recommend this course to anyone looking to understand AI workflows, agents, python, etc.
