I don’t remember signing up for this. I’m not saying I didn’t, it’s just that it must have happened in a moment where I let my guard down. Course looked good, I signed up without even thinking about it. I guess. That’s the last I visited coursera.
A couple months later, I noticed a recurring bill at $60/mounth. I thought, damn! I don’t remember signing up for that. Oh well, let me just go cancel. I’m not asking for a refund, I. Just need to stop paying for this thing that I have never once used. (And at that price…. I feel pretty confident that I wouldn’t have agreed to that….)
However. There is ZERO customer service. If you select “cancel subscription” it takes you to a LONG page with TONS of information on how to cancel. But even after all of that… I cannot figure out how to cancel.
There is no phone number to call… no email to reach out… I am left completely on my own to figure out how to shop giving these people my money.
I’m tried to put a stop payment from my bank but they need specifics on who I spoke with and how I tried to cancel so…. It’s a real hassle. At this point, I’ve given them over $500 for…. Absolutely nothing. And I still don’t know how to stop payment.
Stay CLEAR from this website. They are designed to take your money.
My next move is contacting the BBB.
If I could put zero stars, I would. STAY AWAY!!!
