completed my graduation in electronics engineering. After my graduation, I started working at Deloitte as a Full Stack Developer. I realised I was not growing in terms of compensation and wanted to use my full potential. I came across Bosscoder’s Transformer Program.

The program included classes and one on one mentorship program. I was interested in getting guidance because it became too hectic to learn by myself and handle work. While I had good knowledge of DSA, I was not aware of Design. The classes on HLD and LLD were quite useful to me. My mentors were from MAANG - they took my mock interviews, explained how to present my answers in real life interviews.

I got placed at JPMC as SDE II. The recruitment process included rounds which included coding, DSA and System Design. Joining Bosscoder turned out to be a meaningful step in my learning journey. Before that, I was solving problems here and there, but I didn’t have a clear structure or direction. I was just fresh out of college when I joined Bosscoder. I had not joined a company then so I wanted to learn the relevant skills which will help get into a product based company. I decided to join Bosscoder as I needed a structured curriculum which will help me start my learning journey. 


Classes began with the CS fundamentals then we moved to DSA and System Design. Classes were easy to understand. The instructors taught everything in detail and cleared all the doubts in the live sessions. The important questions were present on the platform which 
I used to practice after taking classes. My mentor Sankalp guided me on which role to go for and what techstacks I should work on. 

The consistency and hardwork made me proficient in DSA. I solved 400+ questions on Leetcode. I am currently working as SDE at Amazon. The upskilling journey at Bosscoder gave me the right direction and I was able to land up at Amazon.

I got placed in the Data domain at Epsilon. I was working as ETL Developer at Infosys for 3.5 years but failed to grow in terms of skills and package. I had been working on ETL but wanted to learn skills like SQL and Python. I found these skills in the Data Analytics program of Bosscoder so I decided to enroll in it. Live classes were useful as I could grasp the concepts related to SQL and Python. I felt motivated to learn as I had a roadmap set by instructors for each topic. The mentor was helpful with giving honest feedback on my progress. I built the right projects as per profile which increased my efficiency in using Python. The doubt support was decent as it helped me with the right solution when I felt stuck in any problem. The placement team took LinkedIn and Resume Optimization sessions. I made changes in my profile as per their feedback. It was a game changer as many recruiters reached out to me after that. I got the opportunity at Epsilon through that only. I interviewed for other companies and got offers from there as well. Overall, the course was worth the money. I would suggest if you wanted to transition to a better role and willing to work on your skills

I learnt about bosscoder when I had just started working with a startup. I wanted to learn concepts related to DSA and System Design. I realized I needed guidance on how to approach these concepts. I checked out Bosscoder’s course and I found it interesting. I decided to enrol into the program.




The content in the classes was good, the instructors explained concepts of DSA and System Design in an easy manner, especially the HLD part. I really liked the classes of High level design. My mentor Himanshi guided me well on what important concepts to cover for the real life interviews. Having one on one guidance from the mentor played a huge rule in improving my profile. I made sure I was consistent with practising questions after every session.

I wanted to share my detailed review of Bosscoder Academy based on my personal experience. I joined their Data Engineering program while working at Deloitte USI (where I spent about 4.6 years) because I wanted to strengthen my fundamentals and make a career move into a better role. After completing the program, I successfully switched to KPMG India with a solid offer, and I can confidently say that Bosscoder played a big role in that transition. Course Structure & Learning Path One of the things I appreciated the most was the structured curriculum. This structure helped me connect the dots between concepts, instead of feeling like I was learning things in isolation. Hands-on Projects Every module was tied to projects that resembled real-world use cases – batch + streaming data pipelines, building ETL frameworks, working with Spark on cloud storage, and even designing end-to-end workflows. These weren’t just academic exercises; they gave me strong talking points for interviews and helped me demonstrate practical knowledge. Mentorship & Guidance The mentorship was probably the biggest differentiator for me. The mentors were industry professionals who not only clarified doubts but also explained the “why” behind design choices – for example, when to use batch vs. streaming, or how to optimize a Spark job. They also kept me accountable, ensuring I stuck to the learning path. The doubt-solving sessions were consistent and genuinely helpful (not rushed or superficial).Placement Support & Interview PrepBosscoder does provide placement support, but for me, the real value was in the mock interviews and feedback sessions. Practicing interviews with experienced mentors gave me confidence in explaining my projects and tackling system design/data engineering questions. I worked as a System Engineer at Infosys for over two years but felt my career growth was slow. A year ago, I joined Bosscoder Academy to upskill myself in Data Engineering and level up my interview preparation. I was having hands-on experience with Spark, & Databricks, but I was looking for a Structured Learning to confidently tackle interviews.

The curriculum of BossCoder, was well designed and it was assessment based, which helped me close my knowledge gaps, particularly in DSA. DSA and Problem Solving was the game changer for me, solving problems on various platforms boosted my confidence going into an Interview, which changed everything.

Also with the knowledge of instructors, I was exposing myself to the Advanced Cloud topics. I had a great learning experience through the Structured Curriculum and Experienced Instructors.

I was somewhat working in the Data engineering industry whenI joined Bosscoder. I was
working on tools such as snowflakes and Sql. I decided to join this course so that I can learn
all the important concepts of Data Engineering from scratch.
Bosscoder's structure of covering each concept in classes was valuable. I could understand
the approaches that Data Engineers use in order to do their daily tasks. The instructors
shared practical examples rather than just talking about the theoretical part. I learnt new
concepts which included airflow, python programming. Viral Vohra took our python classes. I
used to re-practice the questions he used to solve in the session.
I used to actively attend classes as I was determined to shift to a core Data Engineering
domain. Whatever I learnt here was mostly asked in the questions.It eventually happened as
I appeared for multiple interviews once I practised and learnt with Bosscoder Academy. I will
be joining Morgan Stanely as a Senior Data Engineer.

I was looking for a job change, that’s when I came to know about this platform. I was already solving Leetcode problems but was facing issues and was not well versed in solving complex problems. I just received an offer from JP Morgan Chase and Co.Initially when I joined, I wanted to move forward and switch to a product based company. I had been working as a Backend Developer for three years at Infosys when I enrolled into their Transformer program. 
 
While I had some ideas around DSA and Design, I brushed up my skills and learnt new concepts especially in low level design in classes conducted weekly. The instructors used to discuss approaches on how to solve questions in interviews and clear technical rounds. The tricks turned out to be valuable in the mock interviews. 
 
I solved around 800+ questions on Leetcode. My mentor was from Google who used to take my mock interviews. The practice and consistent learning at Bosscoder made me confident. I was able to solve questions in the interview rounds without struggle.
