The focus on data analysis and model creation is very informative and a must have for any aspiring data scientist. The projects and portfolio are great resume builders. Data Science and Machine Learning using AI
I recently completed a comprehensive course on Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI, and it was an excellent learning experience. The course covered a wide range of practical topics — including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and recommendation systems.

One of the most impactful projects I worked on was building a recommendation system to suggest the best Amazon products to users based on past rating data. I also learned to apply algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, and various machine learning model evaluation techniques.

This program offers a lot of great materials and in-depth learning experiences. I had struggled to complete other self-paced online AI/ML courses before, but this program provided me with essentials of AI and hands-on experience with Python skills which I lacked. The instructors (Reshma and Nikhil) were very knowledgeable and helpful. I would to acknowledge the program manager (Aditya) for his help and encouragement for me to continue the program to the end. I am impressed by how well this class has been organized: a well-managed combination of prerecorded lectures, mentoring sessions, and attentive online support. The professors have outstanding credentials and are well-informed.  The videos were well-produced, and professors were available on weekends to clear up any outstanding questions. However, what made this course different from other online courses was the Great Learning support staff.  They were highly attentive and remained in constant contact to remind us about deadlines, classes, schedule changes, etc. Even though I was taking a generative AI course, I nonetheless appreciated being able to communicate with human beings on administrative matters.

As a longtime IT professional, it’s been clear to me for the last few decades that higher education institutions must change how they operate or go the way of newspapers and shopping centers. When academic content can travel through a wire at little or no cost, then the question is not whether universities will evolve but how. This class, in terms of content, structure, and support, lives up to JHU’s reputation for excellence and innovation. If this is how higher education evolves, then its future is very encouraging.

I started my course during March of 2025. The experience so far has been amazing. The Great Learning offers an amazing platform which makes a seamless learning experience, The course is very structured with step by step guidance. The pre-recorded videos help with self paced learning. The once a week online class helps clarify doubts real time with the expert. The projects submitted so far have imposed different learning challenges and ensures we are thinking through on basic concepts and making thoughtful decisions. The Program Managers are a great liaison for the students and help resolve or address issues in a timely fashion.
