Poor and inconsistent administration of the program with technically poor software platform. 
I had suspended the program after mostly completing it. Was offered to resume at no cost. However only way to resume was to schedule a phone call at very early morning hours weeks later. Series of missteps and broken platform, they were unable to give me working access for 3 months. 
I had been told no deadline only to discover they again suspended my access. I email to inquire and am told I have to schedule a call again weeks later and will not cost $500. 
Awful frustrating experience with no real support. It’s a different person every time. Nothing in writing only false promises via phone call.  Read less

The trainers appear to be highly experienced, not only in teaching but also with practical industry knowledge, which adds real-world value to the lessons. If you feel one of the trainers isn’t meeting expectations, the program managers are proactive and ensure they assign someone capable of delivering up to the task. The portal is user-friendly and quite good, allowing easy access to course contents and opportunities to test your learnings through interactive quizzes. The assignment projects are very interesting, offering flexibility by allowing the student to choose between a low-code or full-code approach based on their comfort level. In general, the teaching methodology applied ensures steady progress every week, fostering a deep understanding of the concepts and techniques required to master AI/ML applied to business use cases. Every week you need to go through self-paced video lectures and there are quiz after every video to check your understanding.
