The technical curriculum has helped me understand the basis of ML/AI that I couldn't find in other programs, and the hands-on projects are valuable to reinforce learning and get experience, looking forward to the last modules. This is a well-structured and detailed learning system from start to finish. It is enhanced with practical knowledge from real-world scenarios, taught by experienced tutors in the program. The Program Manager, MIT lecturers, and mentors all provide valuable insights and broader perspectives on their respective subjects. In my group, the mentor is very experienced and patient. He is willing to revisit discussion topics as needed. He makes the class interactive and calls on us at intervals to gather feedback and encourage participation. He is always available for one-on-one clarifications whenever you reach out to him. The same goes for the Program Manager. It is an excellent program, and I recommend it to anyone looking to up-skill. I am glad I enrolled in this program. Every part of the program is good for you as it exposes you to more knowledge on the program. You gain additional knowledge with deeper insights into the program as you participate in all the aspects, like doing all the quizzes, assignments, and others. The quizzes and the assignments are means of gaining more knowledge. The recorded sessions are also fantastic. All that is needed to know and be able to solve global problems from a huge dataset is embedded in the course. It is extremely rich. l did not have any experience in programming when l enrolled in the post graduate program in AIML with Austin Texas. My initial fear was l will not fit in. From the word go with started with python foundation. The videos, mentored session and personal mentor eased my learning process. l felt belonged. This is a very complete program on Data Science. My initial knowledge was very basic and now I am confident on my foundational skills. If you have the time, be prepared to spend 12 to 16 hours a week if you really want to complete all of the exercises and course material. The good thing is that you will still have access for 3 years after completing the program so you can go over any topics you might need to reinforce. Teachers are marvelous and mentors are very helpful and knowledgeable. My program manager was always very understanding and supportive, and he helped me with different situations that came up.

I recently completed the Applied Data Science Program through Great Learning and MIT Professional Education. I can't say enough how well laid out and delivered this program is! The approach is unique and very effective for all types of learners. The professors from MIT that deliver the live virtual classes lay the foundation of the theory and groundwork for the week's topic, and the weekend mentor sessions with industry experts working through case studies on the topic and relaying their experience and knowledge of how they have applied these techniques really pulls the week's topic together. There is plenty of optional materials to help better your understanding or practice any of the topics covered at your own pace and are all well done as well. I can't thank the Great Learning team, my program manager, the MIT Professors, and my weekend mentor enough for all the work they put in to delivering an incredible course. It is a fairly intense 12 weeks with an in depth dive into every topic but it is well worth it and I can't wait to apply what I've learned to my current and future work! Read less

The PGP-AIML program has been a great experience! It can be fast-paced and intense at points, but it provides great learning opportunities through numerous case studies and projects. The professors are knowledgeable and provide great insight into real world applications of the learning material. I began with minimal coding experience, yet the course allowed me to learn the foundations of Python necessary for me to keep up with the core learning material. This is a course where you get out what you put in. There is plenty of additional learning material for one interested in diving deeper into the subjects.
