For someone with some experiences in the IT industry, the course is not recommended. Although at first the curriculum looks great and comprehensive, but the lessons were mostly guided self-exploratory. The mentors oftentimes were passive and unprepared. Most of our time was spent listening to them debugging issues that should not happen if they prepared for the lessons thoroughly.
After I graduated, they did give me access to their job portals, but I haven't received even one reply in the portals. Outside of their job portals, a few of their hiring partner did reached out to me, but I think all of them has rejected my application, because all the interview was stopped at HR level. My own personal connection is working a lot better in this case, because I received several technical tests from them whereas I received none from Hacktiv8 hiring partners. Also funny story, I received a technical test from a company because of my friends, yet Hacktiv8 claims that the company is their hiring partner.
Overall, I think this would be a good place to start if you have no clue at all on programming and IT industry. Otherwise, you'd be better off learning on your own, provided you have some basic knowledge and skills on any programming language. Read less

In this three months, I learned a lot of being agile starting from quick-learning subject materials of Data Science, not only focus on the course of bootcamp, I also learned about my characteristics when I face various problems such as dealing with the tasks, classmates, and the fast-paced rhythm of bootcamp learning in order to become an agile person that capable in Data Science field.

I have zero experience regarding IT field so it was a rocky start for me to learn from the very beginning. Not to worry since all instructors on every phase are very capable and detailed on explaining the materials. If I got a blocker during the projects, they would reply in an instant to assist us.
