I really recommend doing it on campus as the atmosphere you get to experience adds a lot of value. The alumni community has been something I didn't expect and is good to know, once you're in, you get access to a Slack server with past students, some posting job offers, other looking for co-founders or just sharing what they have been up to.
P.S. Consider that depending on the season you choose, the experience will vary a bit IMO.
I'd do it again if I had to.

I had a great experience at Le Wagon Montréal, where I spent six months learning web development. They helped guide us through the more challenging aspects of coding and project management, which really boosted my confidence.
During the course, I learned a variety of skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ruby on Rails, and more. Working on real-world projects was an eye-opening experience, as it allowed me to put theory into practice. Career week was another highlight of the program. I had the chance to meet some amazing companies, and even though not all of them were hiring at the time, it was a valuable opportunity to network and get a better understanding of the job market.
The practice interviews and workshops during career week were particularly helpful in preparing me for future job interviews, allowing me to refine my communication skills and better understand what employers are looking for in candidates. I really apprecciated the structure, resources and teachers during this bootcamp. The teachers in particular were very good at teaching, and very knowledgeable in their field. The diversity of teachers brings also various experiences and perspectives on data fields.
I think the curriculum is very complete, checking all the aspects of data analysis, and even beyond. The structure of the learning creates a good balance between live classes and praticing on your own. You're really put into a learning mindset. One important thing that I appreciated is that you're never on your own, there's always someone to help you is you're stuck.
