I completed the Data Analytics bootcamp at Le Wagon Lyon in 2026, after several years in a completely different field. My goal: transition into data-related roles (Data Analyst, BI Analyst, People Analyst).

What convinced me to apply was the program's reputation and its "learn by doing" philosophy. On that front, it fully delivers. In just a few weeks, I went from zero to working with SQL, Python, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Power BI , etc. — and more importantly, I learned how to actually think with data.

The experience was excellent. I knew people who had completed the bootcamp a few years ago, so I had a good idea of what to expect, and it definitely lived up to my expectations.
What I enjoyed most was the buddy system—we were able to support each other whenever we got stuck on a challenge.

I have enjoyed my time at LeWagon Montreal so much. Even though the program was tough, the learning materials and teachers and everything else made it just the more enjoyable.
The Atmosphere at LeWagon and the networking you do during the bootcamp are really helpful to even broaden your horizon more.

Good bootcamp to do when you have no skill in data analyse, because we learn from the base of the job. Due to pratical exercice, you will be a good analyst before the end of the bootcamp. But the instructors team need to update the exercice when the tool we use receive a modification of interface. Read less

This made complex topics more accessible and helped create a supportive learning environment where questions and discussions were encouraged.

The curriculum itself is very well structured. Each module builds logically on the previous one, allowing us to progressively acquire solid technical and conceptual foundations. A major strength of the program is the strong emphasis on hands-on practice. Rather than focusing only on theory, the training constantly encourages learning by doing. Through exercises, projects, and real-world problem-solving, I was able to apply concepts directly, which greatly reinforced my understanding and confidence.

Beyond the academic content, the atmosphere on campus made a significant difference. The ambiance is warm, collaborative, and motivating. I genuinely felt like part of a community, almost like a family, where mutual support and shared goals created a very positive human experience. This environment made the learning journey even more engaging and enjoyable.For all these reasons, I would strongly recommend this training. If possible, I would especially encourage future participants to attend the program on campus, as it truly allows one to get the most out of both the educational and human aspects of the experience.
