Praxis is an online, 8-month college alternative that helps young adults launch careers in sales, marketing, customer success, and operations. Praxis acts as a personal and career accelerator for young people who want to build their own path. Students learn by doing rather than by sitting through lectures, building real projects and a professional portfolio along the way.
The program runs in two phases. Phase one, Incubate, is a 6-week foundation where students get clear on their strengths, build confidence and self-direction, and map out a professional path. Phase two, Accelerate, runs about 6 months and focuses on the practical skills employers actually pay for, paired with a supported job search. Throughout the program, students develop professional writing and personal branding, attend one-on-one advising, and join live workshops and group discussions.
Anyone is welcome to enroll in Incubate, and is recommended for those between ages 17 and 25. There is no minimum level of education required. Successful applicants are self-motivated, committed to self-directed learning, strong communicators, and bring a strong work ethic.
During Accelerate, students run a supported job search and are provided with warm introductions to employers looking for talent in the Praxis partner network. Praxis backs this with a job offer guarantee for eligible participants: one job offer within 12 months of the official Accelerate start date, with the potential to earn at least $45,000 in the first year, or a full refund of tuition. Praxis provides ongoing support so graduates succeed long-term, and alumni keep access to the Praxis community, workshops, events, and resources.
