Ethical issue
I took the Digital Marketing Specialist marketing masters Program this year (just finished in April). A huge personal investment for me and my family. The course was great, but I have been very disappointed with Simplilearn as a company. The course was great, but I have been very disappointed with Simplilearn as a company. It seems that they think it is normal not to provide students with some parts of what was included in their training contract (in my case, they decided not to give an OMCP voucher worth 390$ which was included in the deal). I complained 5 times (and provided proof that I was eligible to it) and they decided to ignore me despite all the evidence. Now I have to take legal action against them right in the middle of my exam preparation, it is sad. Again, the course was great but the company is not behaving correctly. I really did not like the instructor for this course: Dr. Ravi Changla was extremely disorganized and deviated far too much from the course components. A lot of the students in the class, myself included, are new to this programming language. His breaks were untimed and would go for over 30-45 minutes (class is left wondering whether he will come back). The last two to three classes, the students requested for help with the R project and he said that he'll do it in the next class, which he pushed to the last class. On the last class, he said that he was sick and went on break and never came back. It was extremely unprofessional.

We had several instructors in this class and though there was a change in instructors, the class felt seamless.
-Machine Learning
I was satisfied with the class instructor and course overall. I felt that in class along with the self-learn modules were good enough for me to grasp the contents.
-Tableau 10
I primarily used the self-learn and felt that it was very adequate.
-Big Data Hadoop and Spark Developer
The instructor in this class (last class had a different instructor) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, approachable and organized. This was the toughest course but it seemed to be the easiest thanks to the wonderful instructors!
