The course seemed ok until I took the exam and found that the course was out dated. The exam asked questions that were far more specific and detailed than the training course prepared you for. When attempting to get my refund they said that I needed to meet very specific criteria to qualify for the refund. Their refund policy is not posted on the product page and is extremely difficult to find. They are very deceptive and likely in violation of the FTC Act.
