The only thing Simplilearn cares about is making you signup for their courses. Once you've signed up, they will never help you with your concerns and needs. Also, they try to sell you on their programs no matter your skill level. They say they have Prerequisites that can help any beginner understand cyber security but those are LIES. If you've never worked an IT job or you're a complete novice to Information Systems the prerequisite will be of no use. You won't be able to keep up with their cookie-cutter program. But that's not the worst part of it. These guys have a 7-day policy whereby once you signup, you have only seven days to cancel your account and leave the program. But the Fraudulent part of it is the course begins a month after signing up so there's no way of knowing if you can cope or not. In addition, the 7-day policy is never stated prior to signing up. They never ever mention anything about a seven-day policy and as a result, if you fill you're not able to keep up with their course and need to withdraw, they pull out the seven-day policy and tell you leaving is not an option. Also, if you can't pay for the course they have you apply for a loan in order to pay the fee. However, If your income is not worthy of loan approval, they INFLATE the numbers on your loan application and LIE that you will be able to pay it back once you're done with the course and get a high-paying job.

But this isn't true.

Most companies just don't higher based on CERTIFICATION but on EXPERIENCE. Meaning if you have all the certifications but don't have3 -5 years of experience in the field you won't get a single job... not to mention a high-paying one.
This means that this program isn't meant for beginners but for Experts and IT professionals who want to improve their knowledge and advance their  IT careers.
But as I stated earlier, Simplilearn will sell you a lie just to get you to signup and once the 7 days have passed, you are on your own!!
I've been calling and emailing Customer Service in order to remove myself from their program but they ignore me and won't respond to my emails or answer my calls.
Because of this, my credit has been affected and lowered because I don't have the funds to repay the loan but when I mention this to them, they say "It is a sole responsibility of a learner to raise funds, and hence you have purchased this course".

If you're a Beginner or a novice in the IT field do not signup with this program. They will never help resolve your issues or concerns. And if you request to leave, due to very very poor customer service, they hit you with the seven-day policy which is never mentioned when signing up with the course. Read less

Wondering why this site is receiving 5 star reviews? I registered for the CBAP certification training and I was told that its meant to prepare students for the CBAP exams. I attended the first class and noticed that majority of the students are new bees to Business analysis and have never heard of CBAP, IIBA and Babok before. The tutor spent over an hour trying to explain what CBAP or business analysis is and this was meant to be a CBAP exams preparation training. The tutor was reading through slides and couldn't explain anything. She was done explaining a task within a knowledge area in 3 mins. The self study materials were scanty. You can't rely on this training to ace the CBAP. I sent emails requesting that they should refund the money I was charged but they declined to respond. Have been reaching out severally and have received no response. But they were all over me calling every minute when I wanted to sign up for the program. Please avoid this course at all cost! I have had great experience so far. I think that the Caltech's PGP DO course is well packaged to cover virtually everything there is in the DevOps space. The Instructors at Simplilearn, for this course, are experts with rich experience in DevOps and its application in real world scenarios. I would highly, recommend this course to anyone in the infrastructure space.  Read less

Having completed AZ104, I started with AZ304 with the same instructor Mr. Om Prakash Pandey. He is extremely knowledgeble, understands the Azure Clould Infrastructure to the core and keeps himself updated. Learning had been a pleasure all through the journey. The sessions in particular were very engaging, with good theoritical explanations before we went into the hands on. Free Azure accounts are available with the course, so we could provision clould with our learnings. Satisfied with the great course delivery and hands on experience we got with this course. The provided online labs were great to have the hands-on and try and do exercises for myself.
Instructor was careful to follow the pace of all the students, while not losing too much time either.

Pravin presented for Azure cloud technologies, like no other presenter i have ever had. You will leave his classes with many thing learnt and most of all - all you questions answer. I want warn all new students for the Simplilearn. I have payed 1500 euro for getting a two courses. Artifical Intelligence engineer program and Data Scientist program. I told them  I am busy and does not know when I can enter the programs. The seller told me that is not a problem as long I dont start the course. 
A year later another seller contact me and ask me to buy a subscription cause the programs have been expired. I told them I was promised and I want them back. The company dont answer questions anymore. Be careful. Read less

I was so excited for this... anyone can tell you how much I loved AI. Thanks for Simplilearn, it's no longer fun. I dread every lecture, because the staff speaks AT me & not TO me. I may not be the most intelligent, but I can find free youtube videos that explain the material in a more approachable way. These lectures are by Indians & for Indians (yet marketed to Americans). 

Not to mention, the self-learning materials are outdated. They reference deprecated modules & datasets (why anyone would still promote load_boston is beyond me). The course is literally outdated & they don't seem to have any plans to address that. 

Considering how many ML professionals are out there... they really can't afford to have an actual person narrate the self-learning modules? All of the self-learning material is narrated by a robot (making it even less approachable). I'm sure someone like TechWithTim would narrate this for an affordable price... but Simplilearn isn't interested in helping people. Simplilearn just wants your money - then they leave you for dead.

They also lied about my start date. Honestly, I will not forgive Simplilearn for the way I was treated. Sorry. And I won't forgive Purdue either, for allowing Simplilearn to use their name to lure people in. Read less
