YouGrow

YouGrow is a 12-week, online Web Development bootcamp. The Web Development bootcamp covers a full stack curriculum, including Java, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript, and SQL. Students will have three days per week of intensive training accompanied by IT coaches and two days per week of small group learning accompanied by a mentor. 

YouGrow bootcamp applicants should be highly motivated and have strong analytical skills. An affinity for IT work is recommended, but no prior technical experience is required. To apply, students should email their CV to YouGrow. This will be followed by a video interview and an online test which assesses applicants’ cognitive skills. The final step in the application process is an extensive video interview with a YouGrow recruiter.  

All Web Development bootcamp students are eligible to receive job offers from YouGrow partner companies. 

YouGrow offers two payment programs. In the Talent Program, bootcamp students are hired by YouGrow and transferred to a partner company. YouGrow pays students’ salary and bootcamp fees, and students are required to work for YouGrow for at least 18 months. Students who participate in the Talent Program are required to have nationwide mobility. In the YouGrow Upskill Program, students pay tuition fees out of pocket or utilize funding available through the non-profit organization Chancen eG. 

Each YouGrow learning module is followed by an assessment test. Students who successfully pass the module assessments will be awarded a YouGrow Academy certificate.
