BBK Bootcamp

BBK Bootcamp is an intensive, 12-week, full-time full stack software development program in Bilbao, Spain. This face-to-face program teaches the following computer languages: .NET Javascript SQL.ASPNet, MVP Net Core, HTML5, CSS3, Ajax and Scrum. BBK Bootcamp teaches its students to adapt easily to the fast-changing IT industry by covering skills like working in teams, presenting in public, and analyzing customer needs. The teaching style consists of lectures, classroom sessions, and hands-on applications, with mentors who are industry experienced and educated.

While the program doesn’t necessarily require any prior technical experience, part of the application process involves a pre-course test to identify what primary computer and mathematical skills are weak or lacking. Intro courses are available to those needing them. Computer skills, a laptop, English language skills, and a strong desire to learn, are requirements for entry into the program. The application process begins with the prospective student completing an online form on the school’s website, followed by a face to face interview and a coding challenge. Applicants are notified of the outcome of this process by email within a week after the meeting. While no housing provided, rental opportunities are available in the area.

Upon graduation, the school provides help in the resume and portfolio development and helps to guide students in successful interviews. Completion of the program, as well as the achievement of the final degree project, provides the student with a certificate, verifying participation and fulfillment of the program. BBK requires students to pay 50% of the tuition upfront at the start of classes, with the remaining 50% being paid by no later than up to six months after the end of the bootcamp.
