    Awesome Experience

Choosing Wyncode was a great decision for me. Being in my early 20's I was going to school and working part-time and was just tired of waiting to finish. I decided to enroll at the Fort Lauderdale location for their 4th cohort.

    The curriculum...

    Best UX Design Course

I took the UX Design 12 weeks bootcamp in October 2015. It was one of the best investments I've made. The instructors are very knowledgeable and they are always there to help you.

    Worth it?

Like most other people I will start by saying this is an honest and objective review, it is (in my opinion anyway), the only thing is that everyone’s experience is different.

    Matt Campbell of BrainStation

Director of Admissions at Wyncode Academy

    Jul 28, 2016

    Hi Neil,
Thank you for taking the time to provide A review of the web immersive program at Wyncode. It's great to hear the positive experience you had with our course and that given the chance, you would go through the web immersive again. I wanted to provide some information and add clarity to your point regarding Wyncode's placement services.
At Wyncode, we're most proud of the network we've built in the tech ecosystem in South Florida. Over 80 companies have hired Wyncode graduates with more than 30 hiring at least a second Wyncoder. Our top two hiring partners have six Wyncoders each. This speaks to the value we've been able to add to these companies and helps Wyncoders get placed after graduation.
As far as our current job placement services, Wyncode provides the following job support:
    - Wynterviews during each cohort, where Wyncoders meet local tech companies prior to graduation.
    - Pitch Day, where over 300 tech community members see the Wyncoders pitch their apps and can approach them for employment
    - Wynterviews during each cohort, where Wyncoders meet local tech companies prior to graduation
    - Twice weekly Wynwork sessions, available free of charge for life, where Wyncode staff provides information on open jobs, individual support, and training to help in the job search and personal introductions to companies
We’ve recently added improvements including a Hiring Coordinator to support the job placement search and Wyncode's co-founder, Juha Mikkola, involved in day-to-day support. As far as your claim about us sharing roles, our goal is to help Wyncoders find jobs, not harm their efforts. We would never take a Wyncoders' role and offer it to others. If this has happened without our knowledge, please let us know the details so we can investigate.
We are also committed to transparency, and as a result, we will be the second coding bootcamp in the nation to have its placement outcomes independently verified by Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLC, one of Miami's most respected accounting firms. This is part of a commitment made public in a letter to the President of the United States in March 2015. Please keep a look out for this report, as it will provide clear data regarding the job outcomes of Wyncode graduates.
We appreciate you leaving your feedback and are happy to have improved on our job placement services as well as the transparency regarding our graduate outcomes.
    Thanks,
    Matt
