I would like to recommend the PGP in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Program at the University of Texas at Austin, conducted in collaboration with Great Learning. I am a liberal arts major with a linguistics degree, and have no previous experience in AI. The teaching team is excellent, the program is designed to incorporate many different types of learning, the approach is very hands-on with a lot of practical learning. The content on the platform is very high quality and it is really well structured so that beginners are able to follow the content and perform ML projects independently. The pace is relatively intense, but highly manageable. I've fallen behind a couple of times but managed to get back on track. Overall an excellent program with excellent delivery. Poor and inconsistent administration of the program with technically poor software platform. 
I had suspended the program after mostly completing it. Was offered to resume at no cost. However only way to resume was to schedule a phone call at very early morning hours weeks later. Series of missteps and broken platform, they were unable to give me working access for 3 months. 
I had been told no deadline only to discover they again suspended my access. I email to inquire and am told I have to schedule a call again weeks later and will not cost $500. 
Awful frustrating experience with no real support. It’s a different person every time. Nothing in writing only false promises via phone call.  Read less
