My experience undertaking a postgraduate programme in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at The University of Texas, Austin, was a decision I was really happy I made. It exposed me to the relevant tools I needed to make the transition into the field of AI/ML from my formal training as a chemical engineer. I am very optimistic about this choice and have already applied some of the knowledge I acquired to help solve a problem at work for a colleague. They have an excellent faculty and the programme managers are very professional in their roles. The programme manager assigned to me ensured I stayed on track with my studies despite the various deliverables I had to meet at work. I would highly recommend this course for those who have had at least some idea or minimal experience in programming in any language, as it will make the learning process significantly easier and more enjoyable. Those without any prior experience in programming will still be able to succeed, but they may need to invest more effort to fully benefit from the course’s offerings. The material, particularly the well-structured videos, is quite comprehensive and engaging. The trainers appear to be highly experienced, not only in teaching but also with practical industry knowledge, which adds real-world value to the lessons. If you feel one of the trainers isn’t meeting expectations, the program managers are proactive and ensure they assign someone capable of delivering up to the task. The portal is user-friendly and quite good, allowing easy access to course contents and opportunities to test your learnings through interactive quizzes. The assignment projects are very interesting, offering flexibility by allowing the student to choose between a low-code or full-code approach based on their comfort level. In general, the teaching methodology applied ensures steady progress every week, fostering a deep understanding of the concepts and techniques required to master AI/ML applied to business use cases. So far, I am very happy with my experience in the program and would recommend it to anyone seeking a solid understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. Read less

Best program for learning more in depth the techniques of machine learning and data science. The video courses are very good and we have every week an online session with an instructor for queries. The course is very well structured. Specifically for those who do not have background in AI/ML it gives good understanding of the topics.
Every week you need to go through self-paced video lectures and there are quiz after every video to check your understanding. 
The weekly mentored sessions are a big help and clears up all the doubts that you have during self-study. Thanks to Mentor Nirupam Sharma.
The course itself is quite challenging/demanding if you are working professional as u need to dedicate almost 1-2 hours daily to have good hands on understanding about the course.

Although I hardly faced any challenges, she was always available to address any concerns and ensure a smooth learning experience. The "Applied Data Science Program: Leveraging AI for Effective Decision-Making" course offered by MIT Professional Education in collaboration with Great Learning was a robust and immersive learning experience. It provided me in-depth theoretical knowledge and project experiences.

The course was well structured for both coders and non-coders. Its live virtual classes with MIT professors and weekend mentor learning sessions were very informational and interactive. The faculties were very interactive and helped with every question I had. The pop-up quizzes in mentor learning sessions were very interesting and it helped to think all the scenarios around the topic.

The Olympus platform was very easy to use. It made the access to all the course materials seamless. The detailed recorded sessions were very helpful as well with pop-quizzes. The guided practice projects provided a lot of insight into how to prepare and follow a project path.

Finally, the coordinator of my program was very helpful and prompt with all my queries. All the details about the course was communicated timely and explained clearly.

I took the PGP-AIML (Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning) in Fall 2024 and had a very positive learning experience. The program is well-designed for individuals without a computer science or technical background who want a comprehensive introduction to machine learning models, neural networks, computer vision, and natural language processing, particularly for business and financial applications.The curriculum was structured to provide a solid understanding of various ML and DL models used for classification tasks, along with the necessary statistical and programming concepts to grasp their applications effectively. The weekly learning materials and projects were challenging yet manageable, requiring about 15 hours per week—making it accessible even for those with no prior experience in the field.The instructors and course management were excellent, providing clear guidance and support throughout the program. Additionally, each participant was assigned a program manager (Debanwee Ghosh, in my case), who offered invaluable guidance, making the learning process smoother and more enjoyable.Overall, I believe this program offers one of the best introductions to machine learning for business applications (and beyond). It is well-structured, includes real-life examples, is relatively easy to follow, and is reasonably priced. Read less

This course has a lot of interesting and insightful information and includes concepts in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, Data Science, Statistics, Data Analysis and Visualization, Python and AI. I got a lot of useful knowledge from this course. 

However, It was very challenging and extremely time consuming. So it’s important to come up with efficient time management and study strategies, specially if you are also working full time. The MIT professors were amazing and answered all of my questions on these very complex topics.

 The course says it’s only 3 months but it was actually nearly 5 months to complete. My cohort started in November, but the class did not graduate from the course officially until March. Despite the longer time, there was so much content to go through in this course that 5 months is still not enough to get through everything else that they offer in this course including additional bonus courses integrated within the program student portal on Olympus.

 Having said that, Great Learning does try hard to make your money’s worth. Mentors were very knowledgeable and true experts in their field. I am very happy with the responsiveness and eagerness to help from MIT staff and the Great Learning team.   Read less

The course is well-structured, covering both fundamentals and advanced topics in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and AI. The content is delivered in a way that makes complex concepts easy to grasp, even for those new to the field.

I never knew about Great Learning AIML course until few of my friends suggested this and explained me the whole process. I am extremely glad to say and further recommend this program to any and all AI-ML enthusiasts. Right from the word go, our program manager Debanwee Ghosh was our guiding light and a mentor in every aspect. She timely informed us about the schedules, quiz  and assessment deadlines without which I would have been a bit laidback and probably miss them. Our mentors took equal pains and efforts to ensure we grasped the concepts, clarified our concerns et.all. 
The tutorials being self paced, was the best. I could manage it with my work life and other responsibilities well.

The "No Code AI and Machine Learning: Building Data Science Solutions" course by MIT Professional Education was a fantastic learning experience. The content was perfectly balanced – neither too difficult nor too simple – and presented in a clear, structured format.

A special thanks to our Program Manager Ruchika Jain, who was always available for support, and of course our Weekend Mentor Ali Asghar Marvi, who made the mentored learning sessions truly valuable, answering all our questions! I really liked the MLS on the weekend where I had the possibility to ask questions. I really prefer asking, instead of opening up tickets so this was great and somehow gave me an on-site-feeling.

The courses covered the main concepts of supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning and technical heuristics and designs leading to Generative Artificial Intelligence.
