I did not know a single string of code before enrolling in this program. I worked with Excel and formulas, but would still consider my knowledge in that area to be very basic. I am also a single mom and I work full-time in a mentally draining role. I am not what one would consider “math brained“. I do not process numbers as rapidly as most who are enrolled in furthering their education in a field of study such as this. I am much more “engineer minded”; how is something made, why is it done that way, how does one thing affect another thing, etc. Because of these things, this was a very challenging program for me. However, I saw the value that it offered and knew the reason I enrolled was to advance my career with the knowledge learned in this program. If any of this resonates with you, and you are considering enrolling in the program, I found what offset the challenges I faced was my determination to see the program through to the end; because I believed in the knowledge I would gain to help me reach a particular goal. Your commitment to dedicating time to the program will be another key to your success. If you are considering enrolling, I encourage you to get started with the pre-work as soon as possible so you are familiar with the groundwork of code and terminology.  Familiarize yourself with Google Collab, which is the program they use to run code cases. This is what will give you actual experience in implementing the things you will learn. Go ahead and prepare your family to understand that you will have no free time. And I mean that. When I would get home from work, I would eat a very quick bite, and sit down to start my studying/lectures. I did that until around 10-11 o’clock nightly, five days a week. I took my laptop with me to sports functions, I studied in the car, and during my lunch break.  It’s mandatory that you attend the Saturday and Sunday live classes. For two hours on Saturday, and two hours on Sunday, you will be dedicated to watching and participating in a live class. Most of the time, before that class, I was doing something related to that weeks topic. And after the class, due to discussions and expansion on the material, I often had things I wanted to look up and learn about. So when I say you will have no free time, I mean every word of that. It is a small price to pay for being able to take such an extensive course on this topic in such a short time. As adults, we don’t often have the luxury to attend traditional school at this phase in our life. The structure of this course allows us to get the education, and the trade-off is we have to cram it in in a short time frame. I am glad that I pushed myself, even though there were weeks that I literally cried myself through it. So if you decide to do this for yourself, and your career, then don’t be discouraged if you find yourself in a similar situation as you progress through the course. I promise you will make it through, and you will be glad you did. My program manager was very helpful and understanding when I found myself having difficulty in an assignment for whatever reason. If you find yourself facing a challenge, don’t be afraid to honestly communicate your situation to your program manager. They want to see you succeed and are your advocate for encouragement and support during your learning. If you want it bad enough, then you will not regret taking the step to enroll in this course!  Read less

It's an exciting learning experience - you learned with AI as your teaching assistant along with Great Learning and MIT faculties and staff.
I did not have any coding experience before, but at the end I am able to complete three Python notebook projects on time.
The reason I chose this program is for its hand-on coding experience. My favorite part is Saturday's mentored live sessions. Nandi is not only very knowledgeable and dedicated, but also knows where students got stuck in. The teaching materials, videos and handouts and references, are well prepared for students. The structure of the program is designed for learners at different levels. And it's labeled clearly so that you can move on faster and immerse yourself at broad spectrum of exposure if you like. However, for assessment we just need to meet the requirements. You get academic support from faculties and administration assistance from program manager within 24-48 hours. One of the strengths of this program is the examples and applications exemplified in the classrooms such that students felt relevant from their fields. You also learned anecdotes from famous historical events like space shuttle Challenger's explosion and sunken Titanic from the data science point of view.
I highly recommend this program to those who are willing to get out of their comfort zone and challenge themselves. Afterall we are living in this AI world. Read less

The course teachers are industry experts with lot of experience in Data Analysis and modelling with excellent knowledge of AI ML Deep Learning. All concepts are covered thoroughly, assignments have to completed weekly which are evaluated and feedback is provided so that the learner can understand all concepts and get better. The course coordinators at Great Learning are very helpful and prompt with queries as well. If you’re a working professional looking to dive into AI, it's super important to get a good grasp on the basics—the math, the science, and the theory behind it. Plus, real-life case studies show you how the theory works in practice, and having detailed Q&A sessions and tool walkthroughs is a huge plus. It might sound overwhelming to break it all down into separate sessions, but imagine a course where you get to learn the theory from top-notch professors and then pick and choose practical sessions at your own pace. That’s exactly what “No Code AI” at MIT offers. I came away with a solid understanding of the theory, saw how it applies through case studies of Netflix and Uber, and got tons of support from mentors who answered my questions and guided me through the tool setup. The MIT- NO CODE AI AND MACHINE LEARNING is an excellent course for managers, technical leads and management folks to get a comprehensive understanding of the world of AI and become a student again with a good pace of learning. I had a wonderful educational experience and it covered theoritical and practical sessions followed by mentorship opportunities to discuss and clarify. The Program support team was excellent and provided timely information and guidance all along.
