A lot of my friends finished WeDevx and they all found and landed jobs as QA Automation Engineers, so I decided to try out WeDevx as well. I completed the whole course, and landed an offer as a QA Automation Engineer, not too long after I finished the course! It changed my life, knowledge, salary, and built me to exceed my expectations. I joined Wedevx in February 2023 based on my brother's recommendation, who is also a Wedevx graduate. From the very beginning, it became evident that to truly comprehend Java concepts, including OOPs, enums, data types, and other IT-related aspects, dedicating 2-3 hours per day is essential. As we delved into Selenium and UI testing, it became apparent that mastering automation techniques required an investment of 4-5 hours daily. Upon reaching the API automation phase, I realized a commitment of at least 6-7 hours a day was necessary.

At a certain point, I contemplated leaving the program to pursue Uber. However, Askar's support sessions and our Slack community motivated me to persist on my journey towards my dream - becoming a professional software developer. After two months of fluctuating hopes, submitting 1600 applications, I received three job offers! It was an incredible outcome, but to provide a balanced review, I would like to share some constructive feedback.

Firstly, I found the course content to be overly complex in my opinion. Simplifying it would greatly benefit learners. Additionally, incorporating coverage on the principles, goals, and philosophy of software testing, along with the basics of manual testing, would enhance the overall understanding. It would be helpful to explain the objectives of the topics covered in the course.

Furthermore, the soft skills section requires significant improvement. Developing effective communication and collaboration skills is crucial in a professional setting, and enhancing this aspect of the course would contribute to students' overall success.

Lastly, having final projects focused on creating test plans, test cases, and an automation testing framework, implemented by students using simple applications, would be highly beneficial. This practical experience would solidify the theoretical knowledge gained throughout the course.

I really liked wedevex bootcamp I attended. It was super helpful for me. The mentors were nice and knew a lot about coding. They made it easy to understand, even for someone like me who didn't know much about it before.
The best part was how they broke things down into simple steps. It was like learning a new language, but they made it like talking to a friend. We practiced a lot, and I got better every day.
Askar and Adina, along with the mentors at WeDevEx, were incredibly helpful throughout my learning journey. They were always there to answer any questions we had, which made the learning experience so much better. I can't emphasize enough how important their support was.

It's been 6 months since I finished the bootcamp, but I'm still in touch with the mentors from WeDevEx, as well as Askar and Adina. They are always quick to respond to any questions I have and provide invaluable guidance.
I have to say, Adina has been one of the most motivating individuals I've ever encountered. If you're considering joining WeDevEx, I strongly recommend watching Askar's story on his Instagram account. It's a great source of motivation. The course was 24 weeks long, 5 days a week, we also had 2 times a week live mentoring with a expert in our profession. I had a great experience, best teachers and great mentoring along the way. We still have weekly market support sessions even after finishing the course. Read less

I have learned about DevX from one of my friends, who completed their SDET course. I have decided to join after seeing my friend find a job in a short time after completing the course and it was one of the best decisions of my life. I joined DevX 2 weeks later than others, but with the help of instructors, mentors and class recordings I was able to catch up really quick on weekends and be on the same page with my classmates! Previously I didn’t like online study, but due to the situation of the world Devx was online for Fall Batch 2020 and you can’t imagine how I was waiting for the classes everyday, I was so excited! I arrived to USA on March 2020, and on August 2021 I got three offers and started my job at JPMorgan Chase&Co as an Automation QA Engineer. I will not be able to land a job without my amazing instructors and mentors Askar, Adina, Sofiia, Marat, Nazar, Dan, Nursultan, and other people who supported us all 6 months of school and even after (sorry if I missed someone!) 

Why I chose Devx? Because the program was different from other schools and from the first call I saw how they want to help you with your career and life. 

Askar once said “Hard work pays off”, 6 months seems a long time, but once you’ll start it will be really fast. If you think to start, then do it. But my biggest advice is DON’T quit a course in the middle. Yes, it can be hard sometimes and you can start thinking it’s a wrong way. If you think so; it means you’re on the right way. Just keep pushing until you’ll get your first offer, start working and then you can say is it your job or not.

The best decision that I've made! With DevX 6 months pass really fast. Teachers and mentors are great professionals and know what they doing. They were really helpful throughout the course. Software Development Engineer in Test course covers a lot of popular tools and basics that are used in industry. I had no experience with coding before but in Devx learning that was easy. It is always scary to step out of your comfort zone but instructors and mentors from DevX school made sure you succeed. 
DevX has a great curriculum and they really take time on explaining. They all understand that learning as a process and sometimes it takes time for some people and they are happy to explain again if needed. Also loved the way they explain, it is very easy so that people who has zero experience in computer science would understand. 
The program is intense as there's a lot of tools they cover but if you're dedicated to the school and to learn you will succeed, the mentors and instructors will make sure you do. They provide a lot of homework to practice, variety of projects and simulators. So after this 6 month you be a professional. DevX is a life-changing experience! I took professional certificate courses before and they were all average. But I can confidently say that DevX is a whole other level. DevX founders Askar and Adina along with the rest of the team carry about the students like family. The instructors are always ready to answer your questions and help you when you struggle. DevX curriculum is very intense, however, it is so much worth it. I've never felt like I was all by myself. My groupmates, my mentors, my instructors were always there to lift me up and help me reach my goal. The course covers the most important subjects, programming topics from ground zero, testing tools, CI/CD tools, and testing strategies that are highly in demand these days. The program also includes algorithms and data structure classes that help you understand how to write efficient and optimized code. There are also soft skills classes that cover the most important topics to get you ready for the job market. First 4-5 weeks was pure honey, everything was clear, a had so much satisfaction of learning, after that it is a mess...
He is teaching us one thing, just basic formula, but in the exercise you have to apply something that you did not learn yet, because all lessons are messed up, now I'm still learning but i have no passion about it,  I'm felling like I've dropped more tha $1500 in the bin... I will NOT recomend this platform to anybody, and 6 months is not 6 months at all, to complete it in 6 months you have to code everyday for 8 hours at least....
When I've messaged Askar that I have an issue with his platform he said just report it and they will fix it, yeah of course the problem still remains, now,  because of the learning videos that were not accurate, I've lost track of some codes that are important, and now I cannot do nothing, I cannot code anymore, because I don't know how to.....Just copy/ paste from Slack or ChatGPT and that's it, moving on...
I would say that the platform still need huge improvements in order to be ready for students, However I see students that enjoyed and understands that really well, god knows how, and how long they are coding per day, maybe they have a lot of freetime IDK. Anyway from inside I see that the platform have ten of thousand of students but only tens are making to land a job. Why? Well, guessing the majority are like me who copy and hope it will benefit them, but I've lost hope in it.
Maybe after finishing to learn Java I will catch with the other ones, but Java failed significantly from my view, but if they are related to each other, then I've failed 100%. As I said money in the bin!
I will give you an update after I will finish the course but I have huge doubts that something will change, because for more than 6 weeks nothing changed.
