CareerFoundry is friendly and accessible bootcamp which is easy to complete at your own pace. Their range of mentors and tutors are all knowledgeable and friendly, though you may occasionally find you have to switch mentors if your timings just don't line up. Good news is the student advisors are super helpful and make this process easy!

The student community is very supportive and great for early networking of people in the same boat as you. 

I will say that on the UX course the resource articles are a little out of date, some having been published back in 2017. It would be nice if there were kept fresh with newer articles but the information contained is largely still relevant.

Additionally, sometime the platform can be a bit unintuitive and clunky, but only with lesser used functions I found personally.

It's a really engaging bootcamp. It prepare with the necessary skills to apply in the professional life. They offer great help to develop the necessary skills needed to apply in the data environment.  Also the professional development support is off the charts, it's give contrast to past experiences and help identify existing skills that can be enhance to apply in data analytics.

 The course on Applied Data Science with Python led by Naveen Kumar was well-structured, covering essential topics with relevant examples and real-world applications. I would highly recommend this course for anyone looking to gain practical skills in data science. 

Fun and Creative:
DesignLab's UX/UI Foundations course wasn't just informative, it was genuinely fun! The projects were engaging and allowed for a lot of creative exploration. I felt like I could experiment and creatively find my design voice and accomplish the Design Briefs.

Challenging and Educational:
The course provided a perfect balance between challenge and learning. The content pushed me to think critically about user experience and user interface, but it also provided all the tools and support I needed to succeed. I came away feeling confident in my newfound UX/UI skills.

Satisfying:
Completing the DesignLab UX/UI Foundations course was incredibly satisfying. It wasn't just about acquiring skills; it was about seeing my design ideas and how to bring them to life. It ignited a real passion for UX/UI in me.

The Mentorship was my favorite part of the program! My mentor cared about my personal life, future career, and growing me as a designer. All around, wonderful experience!
By the end of the course, I felt equipped to... enroll in the full UX program, however, another opportunity arose, but would be back in a heartbeat to finish!

As someone who does not have any background in Python Coding and Data Science, the Applied Data Science Program offered by Great Learning and the MIT faculties is an excellent online program to get my foot in the door and my knowledge and skills up to speed in the field of Statistics, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Python Coding. I cannot understate my appreciations on how intuitive the platform is, how knowledgeable the professors and the mentors are, and how well the program has been organized by the Program Manager - Shubham Chourasia. 

The learning curve was certainly steep for me. However, thanks to various recorded lectures, online sessions, case studies, and hands-on projects. I was able to manage the coursework at my own pace and become well acquainted with the broad range of topics the course was trying to cover. The case studies and hands-on projects provided in the course all had real-life relevance, making them not only very enriching, but also very rewarding to work on. 

I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is looking to acquire new skill sets or to expand their existing ones. 

I am extremely content with the course that I've been taking. So far I've been able to create a simple website for my fiancee and my mother within just 3 weeks of starting the course. I'm very excited to find a job soon. Once I am hired, I will update my review to give everyone an update.

Very intense 3 months where you learn a lot with tons of hands on practise, following a well structured course curriculum.

I was lucky to get a BC government grant as unemployed. That said, I think the regular $16000 is very expensive. 

I recently completed CSM certification course with KnowledgeHut UpGrad.
I must mention that content was very well organized by the trainer.
With the training I was able to easily clear the certification exam as well.

An amazing bootcamp. I have tried to learn to code before using a combination of sits but nothing really stuck with me and it was hard to keep motivated and it was hard to see any progress. I have only been using Skillcrush for 1 week and I feel like I have months of experience as a coder. The lessons are superb, they walk you through everything in a way that helps you understand. and there is always an instructor just a message away to help you with any issues. honestly words cant do Skillcrush justice !! I only wish I had found this bootcamp sooner. 10 out of 10 for sure.

I would not be where I'm at in my professional development without them and this has been undoubtedly one of the best decisions I've ever made!

They adopt the project-based learning method by instructors who are experts in their field. It also shows how the problems we may encounter in the sector can be solved. Not only problem solutions are shown, but also how to deal with a possible problem is explained. Training programs are updated by following the current developments and needs in the sector.

NuCamp FullStack Web & Mobile App Development Review

Introduction and Decision-Making Process
When I first started researching bootcamps, NuCamp stood out because of its affordable price and flexible schedule, combining self-paced learning with instructor support and a community for help and advice. These factors played a significant role in my decision to choose NuCamp.

Course Structure and Content
The course structure was well-designed. The bootcamp I attended was the FullStack and Mobile App Development bootcamp, which teaches JavaScript fundamentals and how to build FullStack applications with MongoDB, Express, React, and NodeJS (MERN stack). It also covered React Native for mobile app development. The subjects built on each other as the course progressed, and some topics were revisited to reinforce learning.
The bootcamp is structured with weekly assignments that include lesson overview videos, lesson videos, and exercise videos to follow along with. Sometimes there would be practice lessons where we wouldn't code using VSCode on our computers but use CodePen or similar websites that allow students to code in the browser and post links to their code. There were also discussion forums for students to post some of the assignments and discuss them with each other, similar to college discussion posts. At the end of the week, there is a quiz and a weekly feedback session where students can share what they liked or any potential issues. This approach makes you feel like NuCamp genuinely cares about student experiences.
Each section of the bootcamp allows students to work on a portfolio project, either individually or in teams, to facilitate their learning. Although I noticed that portfolio projects were mentioned less frequently during the workshops towards the end of the bootcamp, I recommend doing a portfolio project for each course in the FullStack bootcamp as they significantly enhance your learning, coding, research, and debugging skills.
NuCamp’s community is on Discord, with various servers for different courses. The servers include instructors, students, graduates, and ambassadors who can help answer questions. This is very useful and makes the community feel lively and active.

The learning environment was generally good. Weekly workshops facilitated useful discussions, and many students shared common issues. Considering debugging and fixing issues is a big part of software development, NuCamp has a guideline called the 20-minute rule, which encourages students to research answers to any question that arises for 20 minutes before asking for help.

Skills and Knowledge Gained
I gained significant technical skills, particularly in JavaScript and FullStack MERN applications. However, I supplemented my learning with additional YouTube videos for specific topics and portfolio project needs.

Completing the FullStack bootcamp gave me the skills to build FullStack applications. While it doesn't guarantee immediate job placement, it provides access to NuCamp's Job Hunting course content. Paying for the course includes instructor support.

The Practical knowledge through assignments and projects during Henry Harvin’s Medical Writing course in Noida was very beneficial for me as it helped me gain advanced knowledge of how to apply the various tools employed in Medical Writing. This was, indeed a life-altering experience for me.

I was part of a January 2024 cohort (Sundays and weeknights) and I found the course to be engaging and fulfilling. A big factor in that was the small cohort size. With only 7 other people in the class, we all got to know each other well and spend plenty of time working together to solve problems and help each other out every day. In fact, I've become friends with 2 others in the class, and we plan to hold each other accountable in our job search and continuous learning.

A special shoutout is well-deserved to Peter Jang, the instructor. He was funny, had lessons that were easy to understand, and had an positive attitude that was a great motivator. He was always willing to answer any questions we asked or even offered to stay late after class to help out with tougher issues.

I also appreciated the "job hacking" portion of the class where we spent an hour every week learning how to network, get interviews, and land jobs. An hour might not sound like a lot, but we also had homework that forced us out of our comfort zone in order to get connections and find the right jobs for us.

After 5 months in the cohort, I definitely see the improvements. I couldn't see myself learning how to do a CRUD app or realizing that I love backend way more than frontend code before the beginning of the course. Now, I have multiple side projects that I want to tackle, and it's possible to do so because of the foundation created during the bootcamp.

I'm still looking for jobs, but I definitely wouldn't be as confident in my search now if it wasn't for the bootcamp and the support from instructors and classmates.

I completed the manual testing program and was very satisfied. Careerist has a convenient platform for classes, and managers promptly answered any questions I had. Overall, I had few questions about the program because it is structured in a way that everything becomes clear during the lecture. There are also free additional lessons if you want to delve deeper into a particular topic. I also like that there are tests and summaries available for use.

I recently completed the Henry bootcamp, and it has been an incredibly transformative journey for me. Coming from a nursing background and working for the Rosario Municipality, I found myself at a crossroads during a personal crisis. It was then that I made the bold decision to transition into studying Systems Engineering, a field I had always been passionate about.

Discovering Henry was a game-changer. Despite initial doubts about starting from scratch and grappling with the belief that I might be too old to embark on such a journey, the supportive environment at Henry dispelled these misconceptions. The bootcamp not only equipped me with the technical skills necessary for programming but also introduced me to an exceptional community of peers and mentors.

I owe a tremendous debt of gratitude to the Teaching Assistants, instructors, and my Career Coach for their unwavering support and guidance throughout the program. Their expertise and encouragement were invaluable as I navigated through the challenges and triumphs of learning a new discipline.

The bootcamp provided me with a solid foundation in web development and equipped me with the skills and confidence to pursue a career in tech. The instructors were knowledgeable and supportive, providing guidance and encouragement every step of the way. The sense of community at Le Wagon was also exceptional, with fellow students and alumni forming a supportive network that continues to benefit me beyond the bootcamp. Overall, Le Wagon exceeded my expectations and set me on a path towards a successful career in tech. 

I joined ReCoded Algeria Bootcamp back in june 2017, currently i'm still a student in it and will hopefully graduate by December, the whole bootcamp was nothing but an amazing experience, from the mentors, to the career prep teams, to the choosen students, to the provided materials and feedback, truly the best. It wasn't onlu great academically but felt homey as well with the shared love, laughter, memes and even personal experiences from everyone included. I HIGHLY recommend it!
