I did a lot of research to select it, and having now graduated, I feel it was well worth it. It was a ton of work, it was hard, but it was impactful and a very fun experience. It was definitely one of the most intense 12 weeks I've ever endured, truly a full time commitment. The educators are fantastic, and extremely talented designers with complimentary skillsets. I feel I have a very solid foundation to go forward and continue to develop the skills taught in the program towards being an employed designer. The field moves quickly, and I felt the material was current and industry relevant. I think the impression I was given was that I would have all the skills required to be ready to apply for jobs immediately after finishing the program, but I'm not sure thats true, and I don't think thats a bad thing. Great framework for making the switch to UX

I truly believe that you get out of any bootcamp what you put in, and I ensured that I did extra activities before starting the bootcamp to make the most out of it. The instructors were great, approachable and provided relevant industry experience. The pacing of the bootcamp was great but could have included a few more industry examples/speakers to apply the learnings.
I can't comment on the Job assistance criteria yet as I have yet to enter the industry, but there are frequent career workshops. However, I believe that the onus is ultimately on the student to be proactive in networking and making connections throughout the bootcamp.

- In-person
- The instructors like Borna G. and Fallyn J. have deep technical backgrounds in Data Science, patience and passion for teaching. The TA, Aarati, had a Ph.D. in Engineering and was a student from past cohorts.
- Many students in my cohort have years of working experience and have Master's degrees.
- The network I can connect with during the Bootcamp and after is worth every penny.
The difference between a Bootcamp and college/university is that most of the students here are working professionals, and many have lots of experience, money and connections. These details are important.
The Bootcamp gave me a foundation in Data Science so I can dive in and get more expertise in the field that I want to. I know now how to Google the right topic and understand StackOverflow. I know understand Price Prediction, AI like ChatGPT and ML. I can't believe I can learn and know that much within 3months of studying.
The Bootcamp is not perfect and there are some adjustments should make to the curriculum especially during the last weeks when we have capstone. Some of the heavy topics such as Reinforcement Learning and Flask should be taught after the capstone when students are in a better state of mind.

This 3 month bootcamp is very intense but I did find it very manageable with the help from the education team. They're very supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely are there to see you succeed which was comforting throughout this journey.

The pace of the course is fast and requires motivation, but I received great support and lots of time from the teachers. It's was also great to get the opportunity to work cross-collaboratively with Devs and Data Scientists.
