JUMP by Cognixia offers 6–10 week technical training bootcamp with campuses in New Jersey, Texas, North Carolina, Colorado, Arizona, and Online. The JUMP curriculum covers Salesforce, React, and ETL. JUMP bootcamp was founded by Cognixia, a digital transformation and training company, and its mission is to bridge the gap between the demand for qualified IT professionals and the supply of qualified tech workers. Students work, learn, and train with industry experts who have led tech companies. JUMP is committed to the career success of its students and does this through projects that help them understand the implementation of technology in real-life situations. Students will also learn soft skills, such as how to navigate the nuances of work-life and other interpersonal abilities that will make them more attractive to prospective employers. JUMP's Coaching Service helps with resume formatting, interview best practices, and professional self-development.
JUMP is designed for college graduates with some prior programming experience who wish to enter the tech industry. During the application process, applicants will be screened to gauge their basic level of comprehension of relevant technology. Candidates will then do an in-person or webinar interview. Before being officially allowed into the program, applicants will take an aptitude test to showcase their problem-solving capabilities.
Students are given practical exposure to real-world tech scenarios, to prepare them to hit the ground running on their first day of work. Ultimately, the goal of the JUMP program is to place every student with one of Cognixia's clients – mostly in the financial and technology industries.

Cognixia has been a great place to increase my tech skills and learn more about how things work in the tech industry. My instructors have been knowledgeable and helpful, and for the most part the content is thorough and digestible. - It has been the place I have exponentially expanded my engineering skillset that I initialized at my technical bootcamp.
- For any recent computer science or technical bootcamp graduate (like myself), the JUMP Program is the ideal place to prepare you for the real-world production development environment.
- What starts out with extensive and in-depth trainings led by real-world software developers, consultants, and certified trainers, leads to you interviewing and being placed with Fortune 500 companies or some of the most modern (and well-known) enterprises in the world.
- The Mgmt team is incredibly helpful, supportive, and motivating; the exact type of people I needed to help facilitate my transition from my technical bootcamp to the professional development world.

Cons:- Other than a few "growing-pains" along the way as the JUMP Program began to exponentially grow when I first joined, there are no other cons in my personal experience and opinion.

Awesome place to start your career. Incredibly supportive, and helpful environment. With a great manager that allows you to focus on your studies, and succeed. Their courses are great. JUMP Program
Overall I had a great experience with this program. It was the perfect entry point into software development. The curriculum was solid but since it is a new program the course structure still needs a bit of refinement. Management was fantastic, and accommodating. Mock interviews were the norm which was a huge benefit in preparing for real interviews with clients. It's paid training and if you can study, prepare, and perform you'll have access to a solid client list all across the country...Overall I had a great experience with this program. Helpful Review and Concise Learning
A helpful bridge course! The lessons refreshed my previous knowledge and understanding while also introducing me to new concepts, and provided practical experience to cement those concepts. They also offer a slew of different resources, including additional coding review and interview prep, which are extremely useful to take advantage of. Good Java Review Training
I enjoyed the cohort I was with in Cognixia's Future Horizons program (I had to pick JUMP by Cognixia because I couldn't pick Future Horizons). Training goes over standard Java boot camp content in an abbreviated fashion. While it's better to learn straight from the source (or on your own), the lack of a cost makes this program a good learning support, especially with relatable instructors. It's a great course which goes through each topic in great detail with numerous demos to make sure not only you understand the topics base level but also it's use cases and detailed examples. The instructor is very friendly responding to any questions with great details to make sure there is no confusion. In fact, Cognixia completely takes the burden of finding these positions off their trainees' backs, giving them more time to study and prepare for the actual interviews. It is due to all of these factors and more, that I both highly recommend the JUMP program by Cognixia and truly consider Cognixia to be a phenomenal choice for anyone seeking to either advance or change their career.
